Effective date: July 2026 using BD22 third-party vendors, but work is limited to 6 specific types.
If you use the BD22 App, BD22 Login, or BD22 Register, some technical information may be logged; this is for account security and support.
Vendor list and data sharing
This table shows the roles of 6 verified vendors, reviewed regularly by the Dhaka-based team, and each vendor is given minimal information.
Vendor 1
Purpose: login verification shared: session ID, device type, region: Asia-Pacific
Vendor 2
Purpose: cookie management shared: preferences, language, consent; region: Singapore
Vendor 3
Purpose: support ticket shared: email, ticket number; region: United Kingdom
Vendor 4
Purpose: security analytics shared: IP mask, abnormal login region: Germany
Vendor 5
Purpose: notification shared: device token, language setting region: India
Vendor 6
Purpose: backup storage shared: encrypted archive, timestamp region: Ireland
How we select vendors
In the first step, at least 3 security standards are checked: SSL, access control, and data retention policy, only then the agreement proceeds.
In requests from Bangladesh, transaction metadata related to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket may sometimes be seen, and that is only to detect fraud, and the general team cannot read it.
Contract and DPA rules
Each vendor has a data processing agreement; there are four main topics: limited use, confidentiality, retention period, and deletion terms.
Data that goes to the BD22 App cannot be used for other purposes; this rule has not changed since 2021, and reviews occur every 12 months.
What happens when a vendor
Before changing a vendor, two-step verification: data export from the old service, then encrypted transfer to the new system; both are documented.
If any vendor is removed, access is disabled within 30 days; Dhaka users typically see a notification after BD22 Login, so change notices are also posted there.
Your rights and control
You can view, correct, and delete your data; responses are typically within 5 business days, and more time may be required for complex requests.
Disabling cookies may slow some parts, but without essential cookies, the BD22 App login, language preference, and session persistence may not work properly.
